They will be relocating to the where Universal Supply Company is presently located at 2850 Government Boulevard. The +/- 13,750 SF showroom/warehouse building will be nearly double the size of their current location on Cottage Hill Road. Universal Supply Company, a full-service glass company, will be relocating to 2814 Government Boulevard and continue specialize in auto, residential, commercial, marine and industrial glass. Vallas Realty, Inc. represented Universal Supply Company in the lease transaction.
