(Mobile, Ala.) June 23, 2016 – On Tuesday, June 21, 2016, Hamilton & Company assisted in the leasing of a fourth location for Mediterranean Sandwich Co. at 3702 Airport Boulevard in Mobile, AL.  The 2,668 square foot restaurant is the former location of Istanbul Grill.  The Mediterranean Sandwich Co. plans to renovate the space and update the kitchen to serve as a commissary for its 3 additional locations: Schillinger Road at Cottage Hill, downtown Mobile on Dauphin Street and Jubilee Square in Daphne.

Mobile, Alabama, March 18, 2016 – On Monday, March 14, 2016, Hamilton & Company assisted in leasing of a building at 3425 Anton Street in Prichard, AL for its client, All-Crane Rental of Alabama, LLC (All-Crane).  The 15,350 square foot office/warehouse/service facility on 5.61 acres will now be the local location for Southern Haulers, LLC regional trucking operation.

MOBILE, AL, July 8, 2015 – Hamilton & Company recently leased a 2,500 square foot, 2.5 acre miniature golf course on Girby Road, near the intersection of US Hwy 90 and Demetropolis Road to The Putting Place. According to Carlos Serrano, owner, the facility is currently being renovated and is expected to open for business in August.  Serrano states “I’m looking forward to expanding from my current Pita Pit restaurant and food truck business to include a much needed attraction for the city of Mobile that will hopefully attract guests of all ages, kids to grandparents!"  According to Lewis H. MOBILE, AL, July 6, 2015 – On March 16, 2015, Lewis H. Golden announced the
formation of Hamilton & Company, a commercial Real Estate Firm in Mobile, Alabama.
Mr. Golden formed Hamilton & Company with the goal of assisting commercial real
estate owners, investors and tenants with the one-on-one service that has become so scarce in
today’s fast paced world. “I am extremely excited about the opportunity and growth we
are experiencing in the city of Mobile and entire Gulf Coast region.” said Hamilton &

Alliant Commercial Realty Services primarily focusing on commercial brokerage and
leasing.

In 2004, Mr. Golden graduated from The University of Alabama with his Bachelor of
Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a degree in Finance and a
concentration in Real Estate Development. Mr. Golden is a licensed Real Estate Broker
in both Alabama and Mississippi, a member of the Local, State and National Association
of Realtors and he currently serves on the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the City of
